Order Processing Timeline: We strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are handled within 2-3 business days upon arrival in stock. Upon successful order placement, you will receive an email confirmation containing the order details. Order Management Policies:

Cancellation Policy: Confirmed orders are non-cancellable. Modifications are allowed within 24 hours before shipping, with products of equal or higher value. To modify your order pre-shipping, call +919177104101 or email support@brightnglow.in with new product details within 24 hours. Orders can also be canceled from the "My Orders" page on the website.

Return / Refund Policy: We have a no-questions-asked return policy. A 15% restocking fee is applicable on the invoiced MRP. Contact us at support@brightnglow.in or +91-9177104101 for a response within 24 hours. Return requests are accepted within 7 days of product receipt. Please return items in the original packaging with all accessories intact. Customers are responsible for transportation or courier charges.

BrightNGlow Studio will conduct verification and checks on returned products for legitimacy. It takes 5 to 7 working days for us to process the refund when we receive the product in good condition. To issue a credit note against the returned items (in perfect condition), it could take up to 2 business days.

Exchange Policy: For damaged/defective/incorrect products, contact customer service via email at support@brightnglow.in within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive a broken or non-working product, please share an unboxing video of the article with us for prompt resolution.

Any issues with the product must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for a 100% product replacement for FREE. If the issue is reported within a week post-delivery, a 15% charge of the order value will be applied, and a replacement will be provided. Product issues reported after one week from delivery will not be entertained for replacement. Microscopic defects not visible during installation will not be entertained.

Upon receiving your complaint, BrightNGlow Studio will verify its authenticity and nature. If deemed genuine, we will promptly initiate the replacement process. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by BrightNGlow Studio to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.

  • Damages should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Unless specified, the invoice tax is not payable under reverse charges. Please separately mention supplies under reverse charges.
